What we collect, and what we do not

This policy covers www.crenspire.com and the work we do for clients. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so if something here is unclear, tell us and we will fix the wording.

Crenspire Technologies Pvt Ltd is an engineering company. Most of the personal data we handle belongs to our clients, not to us, and we process it under their instructions. On our own website we collect very little.

Who we are

Crenspire Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India and based in Ahmedabad, is the data controller for this website. For client projects we normally act as a data processor, and the client remains the controller.

What we collect on this site

Only what the site needs to work, plus anything you deliberately send us:

Information you submit in the contact form: your name, work email, company and the description of your problem.
Email correspondence, if you write to us directly.
Aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and reading depth, but only if you accept analytics cookies.
Standard server and security logs, including IP address, kept for a short period to protect the site.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not use tracking pixels for advertising by default, and we do not run profiling on visitors.

Why we use it

Enquiries are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Aggregated analytics tell us which engineering notes are worth writing more of. Logs exist to keep the site available and secure.

We do not use your enquiry to enrol you in a marketing sequence. If we send you anything else, it will be because you asked for it.

Client data in projects

When we build for a client, the arrangement is deliberately narrow:

We work in the client’s own cloud accounts wherever possible, so their data stays under their control.
Access is least privilege and time bound, and it is removed when the engagement ends.
Where a model provider is involved, we use enterprise terms with training disabled, and the data path is documented before we build.
We do not use client data to train anything of our own, and we do not reuse it across clients.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our email and cloud hosting providers, and our analytics provider if you have accepted analytics cookies. Each is bound by contract to process only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data. We will disclose information if we are legally required to, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Security logs are kept for a short retention window. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Client project data is retained only for the duration set in the engagement contract, then deleted or returned.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time from the cookie preferences on this site.

Write to privacy@crenspire.com and we will respond within a month, usually much sooner. If your data sits inside a client’s system, we will pass the request to them and tell you that we have.

International transfers

We are based in India and work with clients in the US, the UK and the EU. Where data moves across borders, we rely on the contractual protections agreed with the client and with our providers, and we prefer to keep processing inside the client’s chosen region.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to active clients directly rather than left for you to notice.
