OFFERINGS/HIRE DEVELOPERS

Senior engineers embedded in your team

Sometimes you do not need a project, you need capacity with judgement. Our engineers work in your repository, your standup and your review process, with a named lead on our side who is accountable for the work.

When this fits better than a project

CAPACITY

A roadmap larger than the team

Clear direction and an in-house lead, but not enough hands to hit the dates.

SKILL GAP

A capability you lack today

Agent engineering, cloud or mobile experience needed for one phase rather than permanently.

COVER

A gap to bridge

Parental leave, a departure or a hiring pipeline that is taking longer than the roadmap allows.

CAPABILITIES

The people you get

Agent and AI engineers

Python, tool design, retrieval and evaluation, with production experience rather than notebook experience.

Full-stack engineers

TypeScript with Next.js or Laravel, comfortable owning a feature from schema through interface.

Cloud and DevOps

AWS, Terraform, pipelines and on-call, with a bias toward removing services rather than adding them.

Product designers

Interfaces for dense operational tools, review queues and AI workflows, working directly in your process.

ENGAGEMENT

How the work runs

Short cycles, visible progress and a scope you can change. You see working software every week rather than a status report.

WHAT YOU KEEP

The repository, the infrastructure code and the documentation. In your accounts, under your licence, from the first commit.

First conversation

Match, not a bench

We describe who is genuinely available and what they have shipped. If we do not have the right person we say so.

First week

Embedded properly

Your tools, your standups, your code review. Our engineer is a team member, not a ticket queue.

Ongoing

Visible work

Progress lives in your tracker, and our lead handles quality, cover and escalation on our side.

Ending well

No cliff edge

Notice periods, documentation and handover so a rotation off is a non-event.

Straight answers

What is the minimum engagement?

Typically three months, because anything shorter spends most of its value on onboarding.

Which hours do they work?

India-based with several hours of daily overlap for US and EU teams, and written-first communication for the rest.

Can we hire them permanently?

We will talk about it openly rather than block it. Good outcomes matter more than a clause.

How do you handle a poor fit?

We replace the engineer quickly and we do not bill for the ramp-up of the replacement.

Tell us what the team is missing

Thirty minutes with an engineer who has shipped this before. You leave with a scope and a straight answer on feasibility.
