OFFERINGS/MOBILE APPS

Apps that survive store review and their second year

Shipping to the stores is the start. Release trains, crash budgets, offline behaviour and device fragmentation are what make a mobile product sustainable. We build for that from the first sprint.

What we tend to build

CUSTOMER

Consumer-facing apps

Products where sign-up friction, performance and store ratings are the business, not a detail.

FIELD

Apps for people working

Drivers, technicians and inspectors who need the app to work in a basement with no signal.

COMPANION

Alongside a platform

A focused mobile surface for an existing web product, sharing the same API and identity.

CAPABILITIES

What we bring

React Native or native

Cross-platform where it saves real time, native where the hardware or performance demands it. Decided per project, not by preference.

Offline and sync

Local state, queued writes and conflict handling designed up front for anyone working away from coverage.

Release discipline

Signing, staged rollouts, feature flags and crash monitoring, so a bad build is caught before most users see it.

Store handling

Listings, review responses and policy questions managed by us, including the ones that get an app rejected.

ENGAGEMENT

How the work runs

Short cycles, visible progress and a scope you can change. You see working software every week rather than a status report.

WHAT YOU KEEP

The repository, the infrastructure code and the documentation. In your accounts, under your licence, from the first commit.

First week

Flows and constraints

Key journeys, device targets, offline requirements and the store rules that will shape the build.

Next weeks

Builds in your hands

Internal test builds every week, on real devices, well before any public release.

Launch

Staged rollout

Small percentage first, crash and performance watched, expanded only when the numbers are clean.

Then on

Version cadence

Regular releases, OS upgrade readiness, and dependency updates before they become emergencies.

Straight answers

React Native or fully native?

React Native suits most products and one team can serve both platforms. Heavy media, background hardware work or platform-specific interfaces push us native.

Do you handle the store accounts?

We can submit under your accounts and manage the review process, including rejections and policy responses.

What about the backend?

We build it, or work against yours. Either way the API contract gets designed with the app rather than after it.

Can you take over an existing app?

Often. We start with a short audit of the code, the release process and the crash data before committing to a plan.

Tell us who uses the app and where

Thirty minutes with an engineer who has shipped this before. You leave with a scope and a straight answer on feasibility.
